Main Iraqi Kurdish party says it may reject regional election result

One of the dominant Kurdish parties in northern Iraq said it might not recognise the results of Sunday's parliamentary election and then appeared to backtrack, injecting uncertainty into a region demoralised by a failed independence bid.
