Fires extinguished on four of eight tanks burning at Houston petrochemical site

Fires were extinguished on four giant tanks late Tuesday at a Houston petrochemical storage facility run by Intercontinental Terminals Co, a county official said, reducing by half the number burning earlier in the day.
