Venezuela's Maduro calls new Citgo financing deal 'illegal'

Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro on Tuesday called a recent financing deal for state oil company PDVSA's U.S. refining unit Citgo by the opposition "illegal" and said the U.S. government was "complicit."
